Der Dresscode im Berufsleben gibt manchmal noch R\u00e4tsel auf. Ist es zu leger, den Anzug mit einem Shirt zu tragen oder darf man hier auch einmal kreativ kombinieren? Schlie\u00dflich leben einige Celebrities genau diesen Style vor.<\/p>\n<h2>Das Shirt als Teil der Berufskleidung<\/h2>\n<p>Gesch\u00e4ftlich lassen sich vier Kleidungsstile unterscheiden: <strong>Smart Casual, Creative Casual, Business Casual <\/strong>und<strong> Business Attire<\/strong>. Was alles recht \u00e4hnlich klingt, birgt doch bedeutende Unterschiede in sich. Nat\u00fcrlich sind die \u00dcberg\u00e4nge flie\u00dfend und l\u00e4ngst nicht \u00fcberall wird diese Unterteilung tats\u00e4chlich vorgenommen. In manchen Unternehmen legt man aber durchaus Wert auf einen gehobenen Kleidungsstil und genau f\u00fcr diesen sind die vier Kategorien eine gute Messlatte. Am Besten orientierst Du Dich daran, was Deine Kollegen tragen; so kannst Du nichts falsch machen.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Smart&#8220; kann mit gepflegt oder ordentlich \u00fcbersetzt werden, &#8222;casual&#8220; steht f\u00fcr den Alltag. Hier geht es also um ein Outfit, das zwar f\u00fcr den Beruf gedacht ist, aber dennoch locker wirkt. Die Krawatte bleibt daher meistens im Schrank. Er tr\u00e4gt aber trotzdem Anzug mit Hemd; Sie hingegen darf auch ein elegantes Shirt zum Kost\u00fcm oder Hosenanzug kombinieren.<br \/>\nWelche Farben sollen nur hier zum Einsatz kommen? Klassisch sind Wei\u00df oder Hellblau. Unsere Bundeskanzlerin macht es aber vor: auch Pastellt\u00f6ne und vor allem Beige sind in der Garderobe willkommen. Die Arme bleiben beim Smart Casual Look bedeckt, was entweder das lange Hemd oder die Anzugjacke garantieren. Als Hose kannst Du etwa Chinos tragen. T-Shirts sind dabei nicht nur Ausnahme, sondern willkommenes Styling-Element. Dazu wird ein Sakko kombiniert. Gern darf es ebenso ein Polohemd sein. Dazu kannst Du eine Jeans und Lederschuhe sowie elegante Sneaker kombinieren &#8211; nat\u00fcrlich nicht zu farbenfroh; Du willst ja nicht den Eindruck erwecken, gerade vom Fu\u00dfballtraining zu kommen. Die Dame tr\u00e4gt einen nicht zu kurzen Rock oder eine lange Hose und Pumps.<\/p>\n<p>Stars machen es vor &#8211; etwa Justin Timberlake. Der Smart<strong> Casual Look<\/strong> in seiner kreativeren Variante hat den Alltag erobert und l\u00e4sst den Tr\u00e4ger pfiffig-frech wirken. Wo tr\u00e4gt man diesen Stil? Meistens bei Gesch\u00e4ftsessen oder Feiern, die stilistisch irgendwo zwischen Arbeitszeit und Privatleben anzusiedeln sind.<\/p>\n<h2>Ganz formal oder locker &#8211; T-Shirts im Business Casual Style<\/h2>\n<p><em>Business<\/em> Casual kann ganz \u00e4hnlich aussehen, aber auch deutlich formaler gehalten sein. Gemeint ist B\u00fcrokleidung und die bietet viel Interpretationsspielraum. Kurze Hosen sind in deutschen B\u00fcros weniger gern gesehen, aber hier sind<a title=\"T-Shirts-selbstgestalten mit Bandyshirt\" href=\"\/\" target=\"_blank\"> T-Shirts<\/a> durchaus oft erlaubt &#8211; das h\u00e4ngt ganz von der Unternehmenskultur ab. Business-Kleidung (Attire) hingegen ist f\u00fcr Berufe gedacht, die Kontakt zu Gesch\u00e4ftskunden haben. Kost\u00fcm, Anzug und Krawatte sind hier also gefragt. Individuell geht es dann h\u00f6chstens bei der Frage zu, welches Muster die Krawatte haben darf. Als Anzugfarben dominieren Dunkelblau, Grau oder Schwarz.
