Egal ob f\u00fcr Firmen, Abschlussklassen oder zu Werbezwecken: Gro\u00dfauftr\u00e4ge mit mehreren 100 oder gar 1.000 Teilen sind f\u00fcr uns trotz aller Routine immer etwas Besonderes. Wie wir es trotzdem schaffen, nicht den \u00dcberblick zu verlieren und Ihnen die Ware p\u00fcnktlich zu liefern, erkl\u00e4re ich heute:<\/p>\n

Die frisch geplotteten Flexb\u00f6gen stapeln sich auf meinem Arbeitstisch zum Entgittern. Ich versuche dem Andrang schnell nachzukommen. Doch immer wenn ich eine Folie abziehe, ist das selbe Motiv darunter.
\nGanz klar<\/strong>: Wir haben mal wieder einen Gro\u00dfauftrag bekommen.<\/strong> \ud83d\ude42
\nNat\u00fcrlich d\u00fcrfen daneben die vielen “kleinen” Auftr\u00e4ge nicht vergessen werden. Damit dass auch wirklich nicht passiert, versucht jeder Mitarbeiter neben seiner t\u00e4glichen Routine immer\u00a0 wieder dem Gro\u00dfauftrags-Team mitzuhelfen. Klar, dass an solchen Tagen viel mehr Leute zum T-Shirt Druckdienst eingeteilt sind.
\nKomplizierter wird es, wenn die ersten Arbeiten getan sind. Jetzt muss man besonders aufpassen: Welche Textildruck-Techniken<\/a> werden bei diesem Auftrag kombiniert? Sind alle Vorder- und R\u00fcckseiten gleich? Gibt es individuelle Namen? Besonders an der Transfer-Presse ist Aufmerksamkeit wichtig. Sie glauben ja garnicht wieviele Individualit\u00e4ten ein kompletter Auftrag aufweisen kann. Hier ist gute Teamarbeit und st\u00e4ndige Kommunikation gefordert, um auch immer zu wissen, was an den anderen Stationen gerade passiert.
\nSt\u00fcck f\u00fcr St\u00fcck holen sich die unbedruckten Shirts die Motive ab… aus Bergen von T-Shirt “Rohlingen” werden widerum Berge von kunterbunt bedruckten Kundenshirts…die sicher schon hei\u00df erwartet werden.<\/p>\n

Am Ende der Produktion werden alle T-Shirts<\/a> nat\u00fcrlich noch einmal kontrolliert, bevor sie in Zehnerpacks und nach Gr\u00f6\u00dfen sortiert in unsere Kartons verstaut werden. Auch wenn diese Zeit w\u00e4hrend der Gro\u00dfauftr\u00e4ge vielleicht etwas anstrengender war als an anderen Tagen, stehen alle Beteiligten anschlie\u00dfend zufrieden vor den vollen Paletten die sich auf den Weg zum Kunden machen. \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
